Theresa Bio Feb2026
Theresa Petty

Managing Director

Theresa starter her journey in the healthcare sector back in 2016 at Wellards as a Support Executive, before moving into the NHS as a Senior Administrator. In 2018, she joined MIA as a Customer Service Executive, and has been lucky enough to grow within the company ever since. Today, she is proud to be Mannaging Director.

Her time at MIA has been shaped by a deep understanding of our operations, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. I am especially proud of the work we have done to enhance customer experiences and support the strategic growth of the business.

As Managing Director, she leads with a people-first mindset, striving to balance innovation with purpose, while staying true to the values that make MIA what it is.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys travelling, long coastal walks, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her family.

Belinda Walter
Belinda Walter

Chief Operating Officer

Belinda started at Wellards in 2013 and began supporting the MIA service not long after joining. As MIA grew, she got involved in more areas of the service, including card annual renewals and training revalidations, as well as assisting with the all-important invoicing! Like others on the team, she moved with MIA when it was taken over by Medical Industry Ltd and now ensures the smooth running of the invoicing function. Her previous experience as an event manager means she remains organised and focused at all times.

When she is not at work or being a school-run mum, Belinda enjoys reading, going on long walks with the family and the odd bit of baking when time allows.

Tanya
Tanya Willingham

Operations Manager

Tanya joined the Medical Industry team in November 2023 after spending 9 years in customer services in the medical devices industry.

If she isn’t running around after her 2 young daughters she’ll be in the gym or enjoying a long walk with her new puppy Beau!

She loves a good cup of tea and an occasional red wine and enjoys trying out new places to eat.

Laura (1)
Laura Cull

Senior Healthcare Account Manager

Laura brings over 20 years’ experience within the healthcare sector and plays a key role in shaping and developing strategic partnerships across MIA’s NHS and private healthcare accounts.

She leads the management and growth of key client relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Estates & Facilities and clinical teams to support the effective implementation and expansion of the MIA platform. Laura is focused on driving long-term value, improving compliance frameworks, and identifying efficiencies that enhance the management of commercial visitor activity across healthcare environments.

A key part of Laura’s role involves developing value proposition proposals and delivering presentations that support service adoption and expansion across organisations. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic development, continuous improvement initiatives, and the evolution of MIA’s services.

Alongside her account leadership responsibilities, Laura is actively involved in multiple committee groups both professionally and within her local community. She also supports wider business initiatives, including development work and the creation of client-facing communications and materials.

Known for her proactive and solutions-led approach, Laura works collaboratively with both healthcare organisations and MIA Members to deliver practical, effective outcomes and support successful adoption across multiple departments.

Outside of her professional role, Laura enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and is passionate about her local community, volunteering as a Squirrel Scout Leader, serving as a Trustee, and contributing to several local committees.

Tom
Tom Rees

Senior Healthcare Account Manager

Tom joined the MIA team in October 2019 and, true to form, hasn’t really sat still since.

Initially joining the Customer Service Team, Tom’s role included providing support to cardholders and companies, helping them to become MIA Compliant.

From here, Tom took a Senior role, helping the Leadership Team put in place policies across the department.

Tom then bounced over to the Hospitals Team and now works directly with NHS and Private Healthcare Providers across the UK, training staff to use the MIA System, and working with Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance professionals to expand the use of MIA to different departments and new hospitals.

With a background in digital marketing and business administration, Tom is always thinking creatively, and as such has helped with MIA’s social media platforms, and has played a role in simplifying some of our internal processes.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with close friends and family, and can usually be found out for dinner/drinks on a rooftop, or on the sofa with his dog, Tipsy (Tom’s dog’s name, not his state) watching terrible reality television.

Rosie Delaney

Client Success Manager

Rosie joined MIA in January 2023, bringing a brilliantly eclectic CV with her. Before landing in her role at MIA, she ran her own restaurant and food truck, so she knows a thing or two about keeping people happy and coming back for more. Before that, she spent time as a Medical Secretary at a private hospital, which means she's equally at home with the detail-focused side of things too.

As Client Success Manager, Rosie genuinely loves what she does. She's a natural networker who believes in getting to know the person behind the role and not just what someone does, but who they are. Building real relationships with MIA's clients is what drives her, and her hospitality roots mean she's always thinking about how to make people's lives a little easier.

When she's not at work, Rosie is a Tunbridge Wells local living with her husband and two sons. She's a self-confessed foodie with a serious jam doughnut obsession. When it comes to unwinding, a margarita or a good bottle of wine usually does the trick. Basically, she's great company and MIA's clients would agree!

Gabriel
Gabriel Meidt

Finance Executive

Gabriel joined the team as a Finance Executive, bringing a strong eye for detail, a love of numbers, and a genuinely people-focused approach to finance.

Originally from Germany, Gabriel moved to the UK as a teenager and has since built a life across multiple cities before settling in Kent. His journey has shaped a resilient, independent mindset and a natural ability to adapt, solve problems and connect with people from all walks of life.

In his role, Gabriel supports the smooth running of the finance function, helping keep everything organised, accurate and on track. He enjoys turning spreadsheets into clear, meaningful insights and takes pride in making finance processes efficient and reliable for the wider team.

Outside of work, Gabriel has a passion for personal development, mentoring and helping others feel confident about money and life decisions. He also earned the highest swimming badge before lifeguard certification in Germany... a fun reminder that he’s always been comfortable staying calm under pressure!

Now happily settled in the UK, Gabriel loves the balance of numbers, teamwork and continuous learning that his role brings and is excited to grow alongside the company.

Lauren Jones

Accounts Assistant

Lauren joined MIA in October 2025, having previously worked in the heating and plumbing industry in customer service and accounts.

Outside of work, she’s usually ferrying her two boys, aged 9 and 12, to and from football training or watching their matches. Her husband coaches their youngest son’s team, and as a family of Crystal Palace FC supporters, life outside the office pretty much revolves around football!

When she does manage a break from the pitch, Lauren enjoys family board game nights, dining out, or catching up with friends for drinks and a fun activity like an escape room, shuffleboard, or axe throwing.
